Big idea: sin is the problem; Jesus is God's solution.

Age fit:
- Jadon: rescue story.
- Mya: grace means you cannot earn, fake, or perform your way into being loved by God.

## Repentance and Faith: How We Respond to the Gospel

Big idea: repentance is turning from sin; faith is trusting Jesus, not yourself.

Key passages: Mark 1:15, Acts 16:31, Luke 15, James 2:17.

Age fit:
- Jadon: turning around when you are going the wrong direction.
- Mya: the difference between feeling bad, changing behavior, and actually surrendering.

## The Holy Spirit: God With Us and In Us

Big idea: Christians do not obey God alone; the Spirit helps, convicts, comforts, teaches, and changes us.
